By booking in advance, your transfer is more relaxed: you do not waste time looking for or waiting for a taxi. In addition, the price is known in advance.
By clicking the “Book your ride” button, you will be redirected to the online form. Your booking will be completed in four steps. Fill in the details of your booking request. You can add stops during your journey. Do not forget to mention your flight number and flight time in step 3 of the booking, in the comments section.
If your destination does not appear in the predefined list of destinations, please let us know by email. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a voucher confirming your reservation.
Your chauffeur will pick you up at the scheduled time and pickup address. If your pickup is at the airport, your chauffeur will wait for you in the arrivals area, in front of the information desk, holding a sign with your name. If you cannot find your chauffeur, please call us. You can also call the chauffeur if your pickup is at a train station.
Do not worry. Your chauffeur monitors your flight status and will be there when your plane lands.
Your booking will be processed and then confirmed. You will receive a confirmation once your booking has been processed. Please contact us if you have any questions.
You have three payment options for your booking:
- Pay the full amount of your booking by credit card.
- Pay 30% of the total booking amount on the website and pay the remaining balance directly to the chauffeur when you arrive at your destination.
- Pay the full amount of your booking in cash to the chauffeur upon arrival (euros are also accepted).
To ensure that your item arrives safely and as quickly as possible, please provide the following information when booking: pickup and delivery date, type of item, contents, dimensions, and any other relevant details.
With our chauffeur-at-disposal service, your chauffeur accompanies you throughout your journeys and follows your schedule and itinerary. Your chauffeur remains responsive and attentive to your needs at all times.
